Firstly the staff on board The Jahan were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble, they made our 7 night stay travelling up the Mekong extremely enjoyable and memorable. The Jahan is a fabulous ship, the best way ever to have travelled from Ho Chi Minh to Siem Reap. Our deluxe cabin was so comfortable, large bed, sitting room to the side, large bathroom with walk in shower and reasonable sized balcony. Every night the staff would leave a little gift when doing the turndown service for the night which was a lovely touch. Our room was also beautiful decorated especially for our anniversary celebration which was very much appreciated. The food on the ship was superb, both breakfast & lunch buffet style and dinner a sit down alcarte service. The excursions were plentiful, daily offerings with something different each day and we were given so many opportunities to try different forms of transportation with each excursion. The tour guides were also excellent, their knowledge outstanding!Would definitely recommend to everyone looking for something special and memorable to book a trip on The Jahan. read less

Our cabin was very spacious, spotless and comfortable. The crew could not have been better giving fantastic service with wonderful food and entertainment. We really enjoyed the excursions that were well guided by local guides. We particularly enjoyed the Tai Chi before breakfast. The only thing that could have been better was that local transport suppliers on excursions needed to be tipped with small notes and as this wasn't made clear in advance it was stressful trying to get change, prior warning would have helped. read less
